E-bikes

We offer a limited number of e-bikes for free use, which can be reserved upon request and subject to availability. Please note that use is at your own risk. We accept no liability for any damage or accidents that may occur during use.

Tourist tax

The local tourist tax of €2.30 per person per day (for guests aged 14 and over) will be charged separately on site.

Booking & deposit

Your reservation is binding only once we have received your deposit and you have our written confirmation.
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer within 3 days of accepting the reservation.

Cancellation policy

Sometimes, unfortunately, things don't go as planned: plans can change, or something unexpected can happen. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

The deposit paid will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
For cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before arrival, 60% of the total amount will be charged.
For cancellations made 29 days or less before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Travel cancellation insurance

To protect yourself against cancellation fees, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Click on the logo to arrange your personal travel insurance.

Check-in & check-out

On your arrival day, your apartment will be ready for you from 4:00 pm.
On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 am.

Pets

We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas.

External guests

To ensure the comfort and peace of our guests, visits from external guests are not permitted.
